Arriba Cacao Paste from the most delicious & flavorful heirloom cacao beans available, heirloom cacao pods are hand harvested in Ecuador and processed to ensure a product that is clean and unlike any other.
This cacao is sundried and lightly fermented to bring out the true chocolate flavors that we have come to love. Then it is stoneground in to a liquor where it then solidifies at room temperature as thin sheets to create easy to work with pieces of cacao paste.
